MOE Leadership Camp

This 3 Days Has been a very interesting and beneficial days to me..
I have made many new friends as well as valuable experience.
I have learned many new stuff, such as
-The maintenance of instruments
-How to keep instrument properly
-Transposing
-Conducting
-And working together with people from other school
And of course i must thank the teachers too! Such as mr lan, major tay, mr tan, huang lao shi, yan qian and of course, mr lim and ms corrie too!
First Day
It was adventure training.. We had to reach CCAB at 7.30 And transport is provided to the MOE camp site.
At first, the mood was tense as everybody did not know each other..
Until we got grouped accordingly!
And of course, my group is GROUP 4 [ MOJO's GROUP]
For the first activity, we weren't really enthu..
Howevr as time passed . . . . .
My group became the most enthusiastic group among the others
And we really had much fun as we played the games..
We get to interact with each other and of course, we nurtured friendship!
During the last activity of the day, we get to play multi level captains ball,
basically, its captains ball with 24 players in the game..
And our group got the highest as we kept getting the MYSTERIOUS BALL that worths a 100 points!
Soon it was time for us to leave and we had transport back to CCAB..
Second Day
It's quite a boring day ..
Lecture and Lecture and of course, we had a group presentation
The group presentation is different frm the group we had on the first day..
My group had to do a CO concert, and we did it really badly LOL..
Well , bt it was fun though haha XD..
We also had a talk from EASON LAO BAN.. mr tan!!
About the maintenance of instruments and how to take care of it..
And also a hands on talk with huang lao shi about how to take care of instruments in the orchestra..
We also had a tranposition talk from Mr Lim about how to change crochet notes to simplified notations haha..
And thats about it ^
Third Day..
I got to say..
this is most beneficial day among the 3 days..
In the morning we had a talk from Major Tay About conducting and how to control the orchestra..
Followed by sectional practice and fellow conducting frm students!!
guess whos my teacher in charge!!
YAN QIAN!! lols.. so lucky haha XD
After sectional practice it was lunch..
After lunch we had orchestra practice and also, tips from major tay about conducting etc..
The posture, style, precision, enjoyment etc..
And after that, we had a few students conducting us..
however it was kinda boring as we had to play liang feng more den 10 times LOL..
After practice we went back to the audi room for prize presentation's and to collect our certificates...
