This question lead me to a delima.. is Over acheiving that bad or just aiming to pass... i haf seriously no idea.. but its a proven fact that those that over achieve are more arrogant then those that are getting just pass results.. And most important when going for a job interview.. everyone can come up with a cert.. but if u come up with being overly arrogant you will not get the job even if ur a PHD or whatever.. but if u have a good attitude the boss MIGHT consider giving you the job.. So.. i think that over ahieving is worst.. who likes a hao lian kia in some kinda places? well definitely not me.. haha..but come to think of it.. over acheving might be better as they have goals in their life.. and they do not allow themselves to fail.. and the have motivation to keep them going on and on to have a better life in the future .. rather then those that just aim to pass.. living a meaningless life.. with no goals to head.. squandering their future away.. mm.. so there are pro's and con's huh.. haha..
